Yesterday, when he/she says what i believe or whatever i want...   he was Intellectual Scholar... have doctorates from foreign University....  Visiting professor at reputed institutions....  Et al....

Today, he is an Intellectual Scoundrel....
Since he/she utter words against my belief...

We might see intellectual people, specialized in some field, with truck loads of knowledge but little biased to some'ism', certain ideas, political ideology, et. al.... . S/he may be Leftist, Rightist, Communist, et al.... It doesn't mean we should unsubscribe to all other views.... But how come we accept some one's point merely it align with our view despite of knowing that most of their opinion are of vested interest.... ??

Just with these statements/ Justifications.... One could not easily neglect it rather an Election Gimmicks......

Everything is fair in love and war...

Election could be seen as a war of ideology,  war for majority, war for power... In India, Election equated to Season of Festival... Campaign, Public Meeting, Celebrity watch,  Manifesto, Promises, Accusation... etc...

One can do any gimmicks to win the election... One could be a Representative of People only if s/he could understand the people's behavior (Methodological Individualism)... s/he could tap the support of majority only by invoking their intellectual or emotional quotient (whichever is predominant, that should be used)

To win the game/war of Election... one can do anything... with any-means.... either with a visionary proposal/plan or short persisting emotions.... anything could drive the people to vote in someone's favour....

Not all the vote to be mobilized in this way... there is ardent supporter of parties, those directly benefited by that party in power... in no way or other, their vote  couldn't be diverted...( only people who proved to be neutral or justified to be, has the potential to move people across blocks - kudos to the culture of 'branding')

so who decides the results?? First Past The Post (FPTP)... whoever gets more votes... even few hundred votes or even a single vote would declare the winner...

In 2014 Election, BJP got only 31% of the total votes but was elevated to the thrown. It created hue and cry across the cyber space... also many came with idea of Proportional Representation ( BTW it would create Political Instability in diverse or large democracy like India... in turn would be detrimental to policy and economy progress)...

In the recently concluded Assembly Elections, consider the case of Madhya Pradesh, Congress got 40.8% votes and BJP got 41% votes... FPTP system put the former in the thrown ( as they got more number of seats)

What we have to note is the winning-strategy... the Finishing line... that few votes which decides the winner?

Take a closer look into Assembly Election vote shares... number of votes in NOTA and the vote margin of winning candidates... it would give you some Insight...

Yes... Tamil Nadu case is peculiar.. Not only NOTA to be  vote divider...  there are many Proxy-NOTA parties... which drive people into illusion... we often fail to notice that most of them are idiosyncratic...

2. False or Manipulated statistics/reports
3. Emotional appeal, Pro-poor drama, Respecting everyone section of people... e.g. Sybolic washing of feets of Sanitation workers.
4. Loan waivers/Basic Income assurance
5. Spreading hatred... e.g. Loyalo event, Linguistic fissure, casteist remarks by many fringe groups....
6. Divisive politics, Identity politics... e.g."Nadar varalaru karuppa? kaviya?" book released, Madras HC permitted.
6. Politicizing crime incidents.... e.g. Kodanadu, Pollachi, Et al.
7. Hindering Economic activities of current government by allegations... e.g. Activities of IL&FS which works on GIFT CITY, has been crippled for several months other wise it might favored the party in power...
8. Sowing seeds of fear... e.g. Right-wing extremism, Mob-lynching, abatement of fundamental rights....
9. Threatening established Institution and norms... e.g. Sanatan Sanstha, Non-Sangi Right wing extremist group which spread disharmony against law enforcement agencies, police even Army & Military, with a aspiration of creating Theocratic Nation.

Any means can be used to again voter's confidence or support...

But what should be kept in mind?

Impact of those claims.. those means utilized to mobilize votes... consequences... is that short natured... is it minimum destructive.. will it have any long term negative consequences?

Political parties and Leaders should be little more responsible. For the sake of power capturing... demeaning the rules, law, institution is self-destructive in the democratic society....

Disclaimer: This post is not to deceive people in favour of any particular political party in the upcoming election...
Those people who are ardent (mis)believer of  the mirage of promises by your leaders especially those proxy-NOTA parties...
Please don't be angry on me... it is just my hypothesis... these parties make the result predictions little complicated... it doesn't mean it will led to defeat of the current party in power or vice-versa... it has a potential to do both....

When we were toddler, if you fell down accidentally or hit against a table or wall.... What our Amma would be doing? They will lift you up and start smacking or thrashing the wall/ table/ floor... Is that the right thing? The mistake is ours... but she put the blame on the immobile/ non-living thing...  is she that foolish? No... we were... we were immature.... As a kids we are not MATURED enough to understand our mistake or to correct our mistakes.... when we grow up.... we don't continue to have the same appeasement or pacification.... we are no more IMMATURE ....

On this lines, we can approach/view the current Political situation in our country.... SPREADING HATREDNESS....  Creating Hostility by BRANDING the voice from opposite blocks/ groups.... So long the society remain immature.... Political Outcry, Mobilization of Votes will be on the line of blame game, acquisition or fake claims.... If people claim support for particular leader, it is more justifiable in a DEMOCRATIC POLITICS/ ELECTION... but simply TARNISHING the leader's image or party's image..... The former is the attribute of MATURED DEMOCRACY....  It support particular leader/party for their OUTLOOK, VISION, POLICIES, DEVELOPMENT AGENDA....et al.... whereas the later PLAYING EMOTIONS....  mobilizing POPULAR SUPPORT by fake claims and false propaganda...... are we ready to differentiate those vulnerability/ risk / danger unleashed against Democracy?

Falsehood is a biggest threat to DEMOCRACY. That deceive people and drive them into one block or group. If we talk about FAKE NEWS MENACE, i don't differentiate BBC Tamil from Unauthenticated Shankhnaad... either NDTV or Republic TV.... so on and so forth... 

BBC Tamil Facebook page share a video Report clarifying the fake memes on Clean Ganga.... Despite being a recognized/popular media house they had no other source to report on the progress/status of the Namami Ganga Project. If you can step little forward you can understand their Intention or Agenda of Propaganda... The report has clear intention to clarify on on the Fake Meme rather to study/ analyse the real status of the project....

In the IMMATURE SOCIETY, sorry to mention with so much majority of gullible people, it is difficult to ensure popular support (i.e. winning election) without fake claims, false promise, populism etc. People from every block, every political parties do certain gimmicks to mobilize support (Vote Bank). At the same time, WE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, everyone of us has certain degree of bias/ inclination....  of course, we can render support towards particular Idea, Policy, Agenda or Political Party for larger goods (which we believe so). But where our NEUTRAL STAND serves? Are able to differentiate those falsehood or fake claims of either block or parties? especially such claim from the block we are aligned with?

Spreading Hatredness.... Tarnishing Images of Leaders.... Arbitrarily Stigmatizing certain social/religious/Tradition practices..... for narrow POLITICAL GAIN become very common in our SOCIETY... which shows our IMMATURITY...  it is a REAL THREAT to DEMOCRACY which we cherish and celebrate....

Tamil Nadu though take pride of Dravidian Movement for making historical step in eradication of caste system, the evil practice of caste based discrimination, violence, Honour killing, caste based Politics are widely prevalent across the state.

Firstly, the problem persist because of the inherent flow of Mechanism adopted for such social change, which gained moment in "abolition of title". Though Constitution prescribe for it, across India caste title or Identity carried by people with their surnames. It has been abolished in Tamil Nadu. But it cannot be celebrated all along. It is just TIP OF THE ICEBERG. Though caste title which were so explicit had been abolished, the feeling is deep rooted in the minds of the people. Of course it has been transferred to the Generation Z without any distortion. 

Secondly, the methodological flaw in the approach which gives more appeasement to certain section of people. The violence by certain groups widely debated over the media/public forum and their community's image be tarnished, their practices are stigmatized. On the other hand, certain group's activities are ignored. This obviously cultivate uncertainty and fear on these groups and it pave way for mobilization under the umbrella of Caste/Religion.

Understanding the Problem:

We cannot deny that Human always want to be live in a group. Since time immemorial there was clans, guilds, clusters etc. In the modern times, these are been replaced by Trade Association, Workers Union, Merchant Grouping, Welfare Association et al. S/He associate themselves with those groups if it render them certain benefits. It will take away the place of existing Caste/Community grouping. Caste/Community Identity will fade away once it stops paying the members.When people are divided into groups, it obviously result in discrimination over the period of time. It is a social menace/ evilness associated with the caste system. Modern Society should remove these obstacles & Pitfalls and promote Humanism for Harmonious living. Anyhow something Traditional or Holy, if it loses it's Utility it will deserve place only in the books & Museum. 

Way Forward:

Any Conflict in a Society or Organization could be resolved only by Integrated Approach (Win-Win Strategy). The views/Grievances of the both parties should be herd (Nature of Justice). It would help understand the root cause of the problem. It would help building new values, innovation, sustainable solutions. This constructive approach would find permanent cure and avoids re-occurrence of any problem. 

திராவடத்தால் உயர்ந்தோம்... தமிழால் இணைந்தோம்... 

ஏரி, குளம், குட்டை, ஓடை, ஊரணி, வாய்க்கா, ஆறு, மடை.... இப்படி பல நீர் நிலைகள் பற்றி தமிழ் இலக்கியங்கள் குறிப்பிடுகிறது. இந்தியாவில் எந்த பகுதியிலும் இல்லாத அளவிற்கான நீர் நிலைகள் பற்றிய குறிப்பு தமிழில் இருபது ஏன்? ராஜஸ்தானில் நீர் மேலாண்மை... நீர் சேகரிக்கும் முறை பற்றி வரலாற்று குறிப்பு உள்ளது... இதை தாண்டி இந்திய துணைகண்டத்தில் நீர் மேலாண்மை அதிகம் தேவைப்படும் பகுதி தமிழகம்... இதனை அறிந்தே பல சிறு நீர் நிலைகள் உருவாக்க பட்டிருக்கும் போலும்... அவர்களுக்கு இருந்த இயற்கை பற்றிய புரிதல் நமக்கு இல்லாமல் போனது ஏன்? இவை அணைத்து அழிக்கப்பட்டு.. மணல் அல்லப்படுகிறது... ப்லாட்டுகள் விற்கப்படுகிறது... நம் பகுத்தறிவை என்னவென்பது? இதுவா வளர்ச்சி? கேரளம் மேற்கு தொடர்ச்சி மலையால் பிழைக்கும்... கர்நாடகம் காவேரியால் பிழைக்கும்.... நமக்கு பருவ மழைதான், வானம் பார்த்த பூமி... இந்த நீர் நிலைகளின் முக்கியம் அறியாத படித்த முட்டாள்களாநோம் நாம்!! 
இதற்றுக்கு யார் காரணம்? 
காந்தி சொல்வது போல் "நம் பேராசை தான் காரணம்...."

நிலை இப்படி இருக்க, நாம் அற்ப அரசியல் ஆதாயத்திற்காக தமிழகத்தை வஞ்சிக்கும் மத்திய அரசு, தண்ணிர் மறுக்கும் கர்நாடக அரசு, உச்ச நீதிமன்ற அணையை அமல் படுத்த தவறிய கேரளா அரசு என்று பேசிக்கொண்டு வருகின்றோம்.... இங்க தமிழ் நாட்டுக்குலேயே ஒரு ஊருகாரன் மத்த ஊருகாரனுக்கு தண்ணிர் தர மாற்றான்... அவனுக்கு போக தான தருவான்... நம்ம மாற்று ஏற்பாடு என்ன இதுவரைக்கும் சிந்தித்து இருக்கோம்?

அரசாங்கங்களை எதிர்ப்பது போக... அந்த மாநில மக்களிடம் வெறுப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ள இந்த அரசியலை என்னவென்பது..... விழித்துக்கொள் மனிதா....

திராவடத்தால் உயர்ந்தோம்... தமிழால் இணைந்தோம்... 

மறந்துவிடக்கூடாது... இந்தியானாக நிலைப்போம்....

சமீபத்தில் ஒரு பெண்ணியம் பேசும் மேடையில் கேட்டது...

"மலடி" என்று, "ஓடுகாலி" "வாயாடி"... என்று பெண்ணை இழிவு படுத்தும் வார்த்தகள் தமிழில், தமிழ் இலக்கியத்தில் உண்டு... அவை எல்லாம் "ஆண்களால்" எழுத்தப்பட்டவை... இது ஆணாதிக்கத்தின் வெளிப்பாடு என்றார் ஒரு பிரபல பேச்சாளர்...

இதற்கு அரங்கம் அதிர கரவோசை...

ஒரு சமுதாயம் பயன் படுத்தும் வார்த்தை, அந்த காலகட்டத்தில் அவர்களுக்கு இருந்த புரிதலை சார்ந்த ஒன்று. ஒரு பெண், பிள்ளை பெற்றால் என்பது வெளிப்படையாக தெரியும் ஒன்று. மாறாக ஆணின் குறைபாடு தான் பிள்ளைப்பேறின்மைக்கு காரணம் என்பதை நவீன மருத்துவம் வேண்டுமானால் கண்டறியக்கூடும், பிள்ளைக்கு பெண் தான் பொறுப்பு என்றே அறிந்திருந்த காலம் அது. 

சற்றும் சித்திக்காமல் மக்கள் கை தட்டுவதற்கு ஏற்ப பெசுவது "அடரா ராமா.

அடரா ராமா..." என்பதற்கு சமம்.

கைதட்டும் மக்களும் .. அதன் போதையில் பேசுபவர்களின் சிந்தனை, சிந்திக்கும் ஆற்றல் மங்கிகொண்டுதான் இருக்கும்...

காந்தி தாத்தாவை எனக்கு பிடிக்காது... இது இன்னைக்கு பலரின் பேஷன் ஸ்டேட்மன்ட்... இந்திய சுதந்திரத்திற்கு பொராட்டத்தில்  பலரின் தியாகம் இருக்கின்றது என்பதறிவேன், இருப்பினும் காந்தியை தேச தந்தை என்பதில் மாற்றுக் கருத்தில்லை எனக்கு...

ஒருவாரத்திற்கு முன் ஒரு வலதுசாரி இயக்கத்தின் தலைவி காந்தியின் உருவ பொம்மையை துப்பாக்கியில் சுடும் காட்சியை கண்டேன்... இங்கு ஒரு அரசியல் தலைவரின் உருவ சிலை அல்லது பொம்மை தாக்கபட்டால் எரிக்கப்பட்டால் பெரும் கலவரமே வெடிக்கும்... தேச தந்தை என்பது நமக்கு திகட்டி போச்சு போலும்... எத்துணை ஊடகங்கள் இதனை தேச துரோகம் என்றோ கைது செய்ய கோரிக்கை வைத்தது? நாம் எத்துனைபேர் இதனை எதிர்த்து #hashtag போட்டு ட்ரெண்ட் செய்தோம்? மாறாக சிலர் இதனை வைத்து அரசியல் ஆதாயம் தேட முற்பட்டது மறுக்க முடியாத உண்மை...

I don't see these two events differently... i see both incidents through the same prism #Social Crime #Anti-National #Degrading National Pride for Dirty Politics

Not only people like DK orators... many such fringe groups across India dedicate their full potential in defaming the nation and national leaders.... i see the former event making ground ready for the later to happen.... now these kind of falsehood and propaganda... make people to be less assertive and less vigilant...

Matured Society should demand Better Governance. It would bring Transformation in the Political System and Society.

Reminding them their duties:
The Political Parties has to perform varied functions in a democratic polity beyond contesting election, such as:
- Forumulation of general policies
- Educating the Masses.
- Conduct & Criticize the government.
- Integrative Agency.

Utility of  NOTA (NONE OF THE ABOVE):

Election Commission introduced NOTA in the EVM machine to give a message to the Political Parties about their wrong choice of Candidate, Ineligibility of Candidates, to make them more sensible in issue Party Ticket to contest election. But in reality, the NOTA has loophole and doesn't serve the purpose it intended to. The solution is in our hands. Yes, NOTA (None of the Above), when you can conclude all the above are ineligible or unfit? only when you studied/analyzed all the contesting candidates. It is well known fact even National parties struggling hard to get more votes than NOTA in Tamil Nadu. Despite of NOTA getting majority votes, no solution has evolved. If those votes were casted on deserving/Independent candidate, would have initiated a Transformation.

Election is ahead.... Please Go through the Affidavit of candidates this time, from election commission website or myneta.in before voting your favourite party or choosing NOTA....

In my sixth class,  i have no difference between Independence day and Republic day.  My amma's training friend visit us often when i was young. He presented me a key chain 50th Anniversary of Indian Independence. He teased me for not knowing the difference. He clarified me in that occasion.  Don't get astonished. He clarified me that Republic day falls on January and Independence day falls on August.  That was the great difference about two celebrated National days.

This is to clarify all above comments... 
Media in India is corrupt... Every institution/entity or even Every individual is corrupted on one way or other... 

The post i shared is from Shakh Naad.... Unauthenticated pages similar to LimesofIndia, TimesHow, etc .... They often share baseless false allegations.... Even authenticated sources create confusion in the matter if financial technicalities involves.... Anyways I don’t follow any of these pages...i just Re-shared my friend's share, as the post reflected some of my anger. 

What is that anger? 
Fake news? Politicization of events? No... Not just that... 
Isn't the R. TV biased to BJP... This question raises everywhere... I don't watch their news or debates... But fact is channel started in 2017 pitched against 30 years old channel.... Seems astonishing growth in earning enemies... Coming to the point.... Am not arguing why NDTV biased to any political ideology.... Never... Yes, Let them support any ideology or political party.... 

Then what is my contention then? 
Bureaucrats, officials, staffs of government work with the conviction that their work would bring some change in the life of people, downtrodden... If it is violated it can be questioned for corrective action... That is duty of Media as a fourth organ or 4th pillar....

While media house finding Innovative points to criticize government's initiative and actions... Bogibeel bridge benefits 1.7 lakh people at the same time 170 people livelihood might get affected... What i choose to decide? 

I will share posts against R. Tv if they accuse Government Machineries (irrespective it be NDA govt or UPA govt) with unsubstantiated/fake agenda. Such unscrupulous news item make people to choose extremities either to ignore all allegation or disbelieve all government initiatives... It is unhealthy for participative development (Development for, of, by the people)

Before spreading falsehood/fake news/ fake counters/ base-less memes... think a little.... Don't be rats... In 2014, Narendra Modi came to power by our Goat-Mentality.... GUJARAT MODEL... DEVELOPMENT... etc... no one knows about Modi in that phase... despite Post-Godhra Riot 2002.... Now same Goat attitude.... Anti-Modi incumbency.... we blindly follow someone... more over prime objective is to replace present government for no reason.... you can support any leader, any political party.... the Governance is to be delivered by the Administrators who are permanent.... They influence the Law-makers with their draft proposals... they provide enough statistics/study report/recommendations which would also aide the opposition to bring down unhealthy policies/legislation....

Why should we be Vigilant on Media or Civil Societies? 


They are 4th and 5th pillar of the governments. We often mock at our political representatives for being so dumb, irrational, uneducated etc.  They don't fall from heaven. They are mere representative of us "we the people of India" in a Democracy.  They reflect our views, voices etc in a Representative Democracy. Bureaucrats run the government. They aide the political bosses on policy making and execution. As i said early Democracy works on the Law of Consent.  To make it Vibrant, Participative Democracy should be promoted which works on the Law of Co-action. On par with Media or Civil Societies,  they are bestowed with this task of educating the common, making Vigilant citizen. But in the Market Economy, everything has a price tag, so the News Media/Press/CSO/Voluntary organization. They are potential enough to drive the people to elect or dismiss particular government.

Communalisation of the Crime? Politicisation of the Crime?

Democracy, of the people, for the people, by the people, everyone define it simply this way.  It is Rule of the Majority. It works on the Law of Consent. We call India a Democratic Republic (of course,  it is Sovereign Socialist, Secular Democratic Republic).

Democracy is Rule of the Majority and where it comes Republic? What it really means?

Democracy is the rule of majority. Even in the elections, political parties get to power with mere 30% votes. This Majoritarian alignment might poss threat to the minority section (mobocracy, dadri lynching, genocide, ethinic cleansing, crime against sc/st/Muslims, attack on religious monuments.. Etc).  So here come the need for The Republic. Yes Unlike Democracy, Republic is not mere Rule of Majority, it bestow obligation on the Government to preserve and protect People's Right.  Democracy might violate the rights of minority whereas Republic has a duty to protect the equal rights of all.

Women, Mensuration, Sabarimala and other issues......

Clarification for the Argument/Discussion (which has been provided at the end)

•       Mensturation is no way related to sabarimala issue…. It is twisted argument… Why I presented this point here… It is for a reason… Generally people abstain from visiting temple on periods because Olden days there was no proper sanitary napkins, Hygiene practices. It doesn’t happen on its own… this was dictated by the society (later codified as RELIGION). They claim it a ‘Theetu’ and ‘Negative Energy’ because it’s a failed attempt of fertilization. Note: Regarding Sabarimala Argument, we can just abandon this… it would be hurdle here… Sabarimala issue is about different belief.

•       Indra,Varuna.. so and so god or mythological stories were made to make people follow certain things/practice habits…. If my grandma, gives me food saying “Anjukannan will come” It is a lie… It is a myth…. No Anjukannan exist in the real world…. Should I stop having food… Her intention was to make me eat, as a toddler i don’t take food on my own. Similarly, the society deviced certain mechanism for this purpose. During Menstruation, it is more involuntary bleeding than any other excretion from body. Imagine if the bleeding spill everywhere, even people faint of seeing blood… Involuntary bleeding make her less confident… Many explanations interpretations, lots and lot there over internet like smell of blood make people vulnerable to wild animal attack….. etc… MYTHOLOGICAL stories has no scientific basis but the intentions has Scientific reasons.

•        Then about Psychological Behaviour of women during menstruation… same type of argument which comes first… Egg or Chicken? I don’t live in the olden days, I am talking about the present day women….  Am talking about those playing dominant role in the institution, those with economic independence, who have crossed certain social barriers…. Those with strong conviction… They show abnormal Behaviour…. Pre & Post Menstrual Syndrome… This is part and parcel of the biological or natural process which creates a physical pain… They show anger for simple reason which in normal times they handle with charm… Actually I should not reveal these personal stuff for the sake of Argument… I have experienced it with many… (Normally girls won’t reveal outside when they are in period…)

•      Women empowerment – am not talking against it. Across the global it has been encouraged by many, not for the real purpose. Media, Cinema, TV serials sow the seed of fear, insecurity, etc with the Women community… Drive them for Economic Independence… Want them to revolt against men…. Ultimately the economic independence achieved increase in consumption… Very few shattered the social hurdles to fly high…. I attempted to give an alternative perspective. Because people often driven blindly, in the name of “something” and pushed into some other garbage… Time being this topic can be skipped…. I will present my view point in some other write-up….

•       Argument of “Even a diety would loss virginity” started by non-believers…. Of course it need to be addressed…. This is a wrongful, twisted argument to emotionally provoke people. No religious text or dictum or Priest said Ayyappa would loss virginity if any girl in his vicinity. If the Rationalist argue this, don’t they know it is a statue. Point is about belief system. One took vow of eternal celibacy (Ayyappa diety – Nastika Bhramacharya) and lakhs of people with strong aesthetic practice of celibacy of 48 days (Mandala Viratham) This would have created a vibration in the temple premises that is believed to be powerful against women. This is a religious belief. It is the beliefs which make the people to experience celibacy at least 48 days a year. It would reduce consumption of alcohol, cigarettes, condom sales, non-vegetarian foods and other non-essential luxuries at least for the period of 50 – 60 days…. Of course Economic loss for the system.

•        Social Reforms and Women Entry, are two different context… The difference of Discrimination and Exclusion is missing in your 3^rd point. Pinaraya attempted the same way, confusing people between the two different arguments/ issues. All Ayyappa temple permit women except sabarimala (seems 3 more popular Ayyappa temple in kerala… I know only Ayyappa temple one in Anna Nagar Tower Park). This is about EXCLUSION… Area Exclusive for Men or Exclusive for Women. For better illustration, there is a place in Chennai Thirunir Malai….. A Buddhist Meditation course been conducted there ‘VIPASANNA” where people stay long for two week, they won’t talk with the co-participant…. They don’t use mobile phone….similarly in this sabarimala practice... It is to experience the Aesthetic penance…. Here in Sabarimala, EXCLUSIVE Place for the Male Devotees to experience Eternal Celibacy…. The practice of  Mandala Virdam has numerous benefits, if you get to know from the ardent devotees…. The period of aesthetic penance, make a person realize his mistake… increase his love towards his family…. Of course the belief system, make one succeed in his endeavor…. Clarification: 41-48 days Mandal viratham carried in his home not in an EXCLUSIVE environment.... why the final point where he is to report been restricted for entry of women... If your are advised to practice MOUNAM (Remind Silent and listen to inner voice) then i should facilitate you with a calm environment... By nature, By Biology... The system has been designed such a way... to make men have rigorous practice/training to experience celibacy.... One more Clarification: some neglected the mandal viratham... they are not going to benefited out of this.... someone with out practicing Mandal viratham, enters the temple... how the deity in the temple accept it... u have not prepared for the exam, u paid ur exam fee... Hall tickets will be issued... but not the GRADING or PASS MARK. So such violation accepted by LORD AYYAPPA... Again Rationalist should think on this twice... Deity is a Statue, it cannot speak... the purpose of mythological stories and god factors are to instill self regulation, self discipline.... 

7.      If this belief system is broken…. It will become yet another temple in India… Need for the practice of Aesthetic living/ kind of Celibacy/ Mandala Virtham… the unique practice would bid adieu… Number of male devotee would reduce drastically… This was an opinion I heard from few regular visitors… Let the man experience a world without woman… This was designed such a way…. All above religion is a matter of belief system… Court cannot intervene beyond certain limits unless it is arbitrary discrimination…. Society or Mankind needs such kind of belief system for support, to condition his/her mind or keep it in phase/synergy. Final question remains in mind, those attempts were made in the desire to meet god or to defy the religious custom or belief.

Updated (30/01/2019): After seeing wide protest on the both side. I am taking yet another analysis/view point on this matter. Society/Culture/Religion subject to change. The Society will reform itself to the changing needs/demands. It is to be noted that change will either be positive or negative. It cannot be said that society always progress towards good/ moral et al. It may also degrade itself other way. We have seen group of people forming Vanitha Madhil and Otherside Section of people protesting women entry into the temple over months & days. This should not be seen through the prism of Win/Loss. This kind of Ego-centric approach has unleashed HATE POLITICS. It is a great threat to DEMOCRACY. This type of CONFLICTS/ISSUES should be approached with INTEGRATION STRATEGY. This will help us get to the root of the problem, built new value in the society. It would prevent re-occurrence of the problem in near future. The Order given by the Supreme Court (Judiciary is the Last resort of any problem/issues). It should not be denigrated as it being the guardian of the constitution, It uphold the constitution (which "We people of India" gave to "our self" in essence: we our self should not violate those rules). People protesting against Entry should take a look, Whether the Penance/Celibacy/Mandala viratham practiced ardently? there has been humpty changes to make the practice more  adoptable/flexible. If such change were not included, people will hesitate to follow. Preserving the sanctity/holiness of any tradition/culture will deserve place only in the MUSEUM. Yes.. Society has undergone several changes, certain customs/practices became superstition not in there origin, but in there METHOD OF PRACTICE as a ceremony/formality. The Constitution/Law of the land need to be followed in the LETTER and SPIRIT i.e. leaving things just on paper will serve none. similarly religious practice/custom/belief should have utility, if it got defeated we should adopt to new method with the same spirit. People should evolve themselves towards SPIRITUALITY rather struggling with Multiple-Gods. In essence, the Society should transform from the state of IMMATURITY to MATURITY.

Small dedication for the following people….
1. Those people who consider Hinduism is one which being projected by Mr. H. Raja or RSS.
2. Those who brand others as pro-bjp, right-wing, kaavi or even fundamentalist if they stand with religious practice (even if it has a pinch of science/reason/non-arbitrariness)
3. Those struggle a lot to differentiate between Discrimination, Exclusivity, Facilitation.
4. Those tag themselves Rationalist and strive hard to find discrimination in dosai, idly, tea, coffee…
5. And those overly people,  half baked devotee, in overflow of bhakthi distort the purpose of certain practice.
