My Perspective on - Why should we Oppose NRC+CAB?? (Part-3/ Hopefully a Final one)
Before Joining me on the protest against CAB+NRC....
Demonetization has pushed everyone to the doors of the Bank, Yes it has made... whether it stripped off your money?? Everyone forced to make transactions through Banking Channel... It has promoted Institutionalization, increased the proportion of Organized Sector to curb on Parallel Economy.
Parallel Economy, not just Black Money all kind of unorganized Economic Actives/Transaction, which make the RBI's Monetary Policy ineffective due to unaccounted Liquidity (i.e. Money Supply).
The said person, make the audience answer his questions, like If you buy Onion, Clinic+ shampoo, will it be accounted? Then it is a Black Money? Isn't it?? This hard earned money should be wiped out? Right? Wow Logic!! He is a Former Bureaucrat.... Why there is a Lacunae in Policy Implementations? Why Common man face hurdle at every Government office? His lecture will give you all kind of clarification, Insights....
Don't just carried away by these kind of speeches/propaganda....
How much Money government has stripped off from you or your friends?? My money is in Bank Account.... If at all small business has lost money!! what is the reason? There is a minimum ceiling for Individual deposit.
Only those holding money beyond certain limit has faced hurdle in depositing/ exchanging... It means what? They have not accounted their transaction despite earning above the ceiling.... They earned and evaded taxation... Is it not unaccounted Black Money?
No common man's money has been stripped off.... but they faced hurdle, as they are not acquainted to Digital Transaction or Banking Transactions.... Now things has pushed us towards Phonepe, Paytm, BHIM et al.... Correct me if am wrong....
Regarding CAB+NRC.... No clarification was made officially regarding criteria/cut off date for Nation Wide NRC...
What would be the problem in differentiating Indian Citizen from Illegal Immigrant??
Which document, we would be lacking?? NPR enumeration/Census Record/Electoral List/Ration Card/Driving License,/Education Certificate/Birth Certificate/ Caste Certificate??

Because the following verification, documentation, evidence obviously differentiate it. One could not provide any such for claiming ownership over the Money they hold.... Every said Poor/Downtrodden/ Landless/Labourer whomsoever...
(i) Every Indian Citizen has Birth Certificate/Caste Certificate/Education Certificate/License/other valid Document.
(ii) Every migrant labour has got access to Ration card/Family card for Government services or Schemes. say for example MGNREGA.
(iii) JAM trinity has given yet another Identity.... They hold Bank Account/Post-Office Account.
(iv) All above they have been enlisted in Census... somewhere1971-2011... or upcoming process
.. And NPR would enroll people with minimum evidence from the Neighborhood that they stayed there more than 6 months, even without documents.

Which document would we be missing?? Now FAQs been issued by the Government.... Hopefully, we have not gone through it.....
Secondly, Already BJP/RSS has started building Nazi kind of Ghettos for Detention Camp... or Concentration Camp...
They are stubborn in implementing Nation Wide NRC to wipe out Muslim Population... an Ethnic Cleansing.... First step in the process of NRC is NPR (National Population Register).
An investigation by a renowned online journal has revealed this conspiracy. NPR records are being updated, it clarifies us that NRC Pan-India is being undertaken implicitly. How stupid we are carried away by this #FearMongeringMedia.

Thirdly, Why Sri Lankan Refugees has been left out in the Amendment? Why CAB is Anti-Tamil?
You should read my first write-up for this... The purpose of this CAB/CAA 2019 is to ensure smooth execution of NRC-Assam on par with Assam Accord 1985 with due consideration of 1951 Refugee Convention.
If at all International Law and said "Non-Refoulment" or so... whatever.... Then Sri Lankan Tamil will be in that category of "Fear to Return"... Then it should have been included right? If such question raises in you, i would appreciate your grasping... Just apply a logic, whether Srl Lankan refugee be settled in Assam?? If so, How many people? So, If at all NRC-Nation Wide be implemented, Sri Lankan refugees will come in to picture... right?
Not only this, many such CAB has to be enacted to ensure all State's concern are addressed while implement Nation Wide NRC.

If the said three countries organized on Linguistic grounds... we could have considered LINGUSITIC MINORITIES (say Non-Arabic, Non-Urdu... kind of Refugees)
If they are organized on Sectarian grounds... we could have considered SECTARIAN MINORITIES (say Non Sunni Refugees)
Unfortunately, they are organized on the grounds of Relgion... so, It is obvious & Legitimate... That Non-Refoulment under 1951 Refugees Convention would consider RELIGIOUS MINORITIES. (I.e. Non-Muslims)//
Forthly, CAB is an attack on Secularism? It seems to be an attempt to create HINDU RASHTRA?
Secularism - the principle of separation of the state from religious institutions. State has no affiliation with any Religion. It is determined on the relation between Government-People, People-People (Freedom to Profess, Propagate... Freedom of Religion)
It is Basic Structure of our Constitution, it cannot be touched. There is JUDICIAL REVIEW which could make any law null and void if it is breached.
Why so discriminatory safeguard in CAB for Non-Muslim Minority of the said three countries? Refer my first Article.... Many people compare Right to Equality in the Part III of the Constitution with the Citizenship provision under Part II.
Fundamental Rights applicable only to the Citizen and Foreigners but not for Enemy Aliens (These Refugees in the argument are from the country which has Incident of declared war with India in the past)
Finally, Why should i read the Provisions of the Amendment Bill or Act? Why should i take a reference form 1955 Act or Assam Accord? why should i glance through the FAQs of PIB or Government?
Those #Sanghis & #Bhakts just follow their BJP IT wing videos and Whatsapp forwards, Why should i? so, we would stick with our Patron's falsehood and fake news.... If so, thank you for sparing time on my write-up....
